Composite Laminator
We are looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join our growing team.
This position does operate on a double days shift pattern that rotates weekly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality composite components using a range of laminating techniques, working from drawings, moulds and specifications while maintaining excellent standards of quality and safety.
Salary: c£33,396 inclusive of shift premiums
Hours of work:
- Earlies 6am to 14:30 Monday to Thursday, 6am to 11am on Fridays
- Lates 14:15 to 22:45 Monday to Thursday, 10:45am to 15:45 on Fridays
This Composite Laminator job will suit:
- Previous experience in composite laminating is preferred.
- Good understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
- Able to work accurately and consistently to tight tolerances.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out wet lay-up and/or pre-preg composite laminating.
- Prepare moulds, materials and tooling for production.
- Accurately cut and position reinforcement materials.
- Apply resins and laminating systems to specification.
- Work from technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
- Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
This job is commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coventry.
