GTS Group are looking for experienced Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers / Fitters to support exciting Formula 1 and Motorsport projects at a leading composites facility in Oxfordshire.
You'll be working on the manufacture and finishing of high-performance carbon fibre composite components for F1 teams, motorsport programmes and high-performance automotive projects.
We're Looking For:
- Experience as a: Composite Laminator | Composite Trimmer | Composite Fitter | Trimmer / Fitter | Carbon Fibre Technician
- Ideally within Formula 1, Motorsport, Aerospace or High-Performance Automotive.

You'll need:
- Strong carbon fibre / composite manufacturing experience
- Experience with pre-preg composite materials
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and lay-up instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working to high-quality standards and tight tolerances
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
Hours
- Monday β Thursday: 07:00 β 16:30
- Friday: 07:00 β 15:00
- β Plenty of overtime / additional hours available
Contract
- Β£24.00 per hour β Ltd Company
- Outside IR35
- Rolling Contract
- Day Shift
- Immediate Starts Available
