Composite Laminators & Trimmers – Formula 1 / Motorsport 📍 Northamptonshire 📄 Rolling Contract | Outside IR35 ⏰ Day Shifts | Immediate Starts 🏁 Formula 1 | Motorsport | Carbon Fibre

GTS Group are looking for experienced Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers for long-term contract opportunities supporting Formula 1, Motorsport and high-performance automotive projects in Northamptonshire. You'll be producing advanced carbon fibre components for F1, hypercar and elite motorsport programmes.

What we're looking for:

  • Composite Laminating or Trimming experience
  • Background in F1, Motorsport, Aerospace or high-performance automotive
  • Ability to work from technical drawings and lay-up manuals
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
