The organization specializes in composite mouldings and carbon fibre products for the luxury market. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Composite painter role based in Hythe. The Composite Painter will prepare composite surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers and top coats as required. The role involves mixing and applying paints and coatings to composite parts using brush, roller, and spray techniques, following technical specifications and safety guidelines. The Composite Painter will inspect finished work for quality, perform touch-ups and corrections, maintain painting equipment and work areas, and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in paint application, including Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting for composite materials.
- Experience with painting composites or cars is ideal. Experience with durpox and awlcraft also preferable.
- Understanding of surface preparation methods for composite parts and ability to read basic technical instructions or specifications.
- Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality finishes, and ability to maintain consistency across multiple components.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for on-site, hands-on work in a workshop or production setting.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards related to paints, solvents, and coatings.
- Previous experience in marine, automotive, aerospace, or industrial painting is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and manage time to meet production schedules.
