As a fully trained member of the Compounding team, you will independently carry out compounding activities in accordance with GMP principles, approved procedures, and quality standards.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality compounded medicines while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to continuous improvement within the compounding operation.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully completed compounding training or has previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience and wants to further develop within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance and routine environmental activities
  • Handle raw materials and consumables ensuring full traceability and stock accuracy
  • Identify, report and support investigations into deviations, non-conformances and quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality and compliance
  • Assist with training and supporting new Compounding Operatives and Trainees where required
  • Work collaboratively with QA, Pharmacy and Operations teams to meet compounding schedules

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
