adi Healy Compressor Services – Compressed Air Engineer

Location – Predominantly Midlands-based, with national coverage as required.

About The Role

Healy Compressor Services are looking for an experienced Compressed Air Engineer to join our growing service team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our nationwide client base, including major blue-chip organisations.

Our service engineers are the heartbeat of the business. This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and installation of oil-flooded and oil-free compressed air systems, working both mechanically and electrically.

Specifically, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Servicing, maintaining, and repairing oil-flooded and oil-free compressed air systems.
  • Conducting accurate mechanical and electrical fault-finding and diagnostics
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship are consistently met.
  • Completing all service reports and documentation accurately and within required timescales
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, upselling and service growth
  • Working collaboratively with the wider service and management teams to deliver service excellence.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar compressed air engineering role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload and travel.
  • OEM training and electrical qualifications
  • Oil-free compressor experience would be beneficial.
  • F-Gas certification would be beneficial.
  • Experience with N₂/O₂ generation systems, dryers, or central control systems.
  • Computer literate skills for the purpose of paperless reporting software.
