Nexnod Technologies - CompTIA Network+ Instructor
Nexnod Technologies is seeking an experienced CompTIA Network+ Instructor to deliver structured technical training covering networking fundamentals, network infrastructure, security, operations, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will develop and deliver engaging training sessions, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises to help learners develop industry-relevant networking skills and prepare for the CompTIA Network+ certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on networking concepts, including OSI and TCP/IP models, protocols, ports, and IP addressing.
- Explain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, cabling, and wireless standards.
- Provide practical training in IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, VLANs, NAT, routing, switching, and VPNs.
- Teach network security principles, including access control, firewall configuration, wireless security, and IDS/IPS.
- Demonstrate network monitoring and operations using tools and technologies such as SNMP, Syslog, configuration management, and backups.
- Train learners to identify and troubleshoot connectivity, wireless, and network performance issues.
- Introduce virtualization, cloud networking, SDN, SD-WAN, IoT, and network automation.
- Prepare course materials, practical lab exercises, assessments, and revision activities aligned with the relevant certification objectives.
- Assess learner progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline.
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent networking qualifications preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of network configuration, infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience delivering technical training or professional development programmes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to explain complex networking concepts in a clear, practical, and accessible manner.

- Duration: 16 November 2026 – 25 December 2026
- Training Days: Monday to Friday
- Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off
- Location: London, United Kingdom
- Engagement: Part-time / Contract
