🚨 New role - Computational Structural Biologist 🧬
I'm working with an early-stage London BioAI company building AI-driven molecular design for agriculture, using targeted protein degradation (molecular glues) to develop next-generation herbicides.

🚀 This isn't an "open ChimeraX and hit repair" role. You'll be building automated pipelines to process protein structure data (PDB + AlphaFold) across potentially millions of protein chains. Production-grade, code-first workflows, not manual, one-by-one review.

📍 Remote, UK - with hybrid option in near future
💰 Compensation flexible, banded by experience + equity
🧠 Must-haves: hands-on coding, has built and maintained data pipelines, enough structural biology judgement to know when a protein structure needs fixing
🤖 Ideal: PDB, AlphaFold, protein design/engineering, peptide design, or AI drug discovery experience
