CAD Designer - High-End Residential Joinery £38,000 - £43,000 DOE + Optional Price Work OTE £50k + Progression + Work from Home Remote Opportunity
Are you a CAD Designer looking to join a prestigious luxury joinery manufacturer, with a variety of exciting projects, scope to increase your earnings, a clear path into project management and the flexibility of working from home?
As a go-to CAD Designer, you will play a central role in bringing some of the finest bespoke joinery pieces to life. Working closely with interior designers, architects and project managers, you will deliver exceptional technical drawings for high-value private residences across the UK.
With over 100 years of heritage, this company produces one-off, bespoke, high-value joinery and cabinetry for exclusive residential clients. With a strong pipeline of new project wins and continued organic growth, they are expanding their drawing team and investing in the right people for the long term.

This role would suit an experienced CAD Designer from a luxury joinery, bespoke furniture or high-end fit-out background, looking for autonomy, progression and the variety of working on truly unique and prestigious pieces.
Role
- Produce accurate technical drawings for bespoke joinery pieces using 2D CAD
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across project drawings and specifications
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, project managers and suppliers
- Support the conversion of design concepts into manufacturing-ready drawings
- Optional price work available to increase your earnings
- Clear progression route into Project Management

Requirements
- ✅ CAD experience within luxury joinery, high-end residential or bespoke fit-out
- Strong 2D CAD skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Background on the bench or in joinery manufacturing is beneficial, but not essential
