Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The CAD Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D jewelry designs using CAD software, translating design briefs and conceptual sketches into accurate digital models. - Producing technical drawings and construction drawings
- Refining designs based on feedback
- Preparing files for prototyping and manufacturing

The role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and manufacturing requirements. The CAD Designer will also:
- Maintain organized design files
- Follow quality standards
- Stay current with industry trends and software updates
Qualifications
- Strong technical drawing and general drawing skills, with the ability to translate concepts into precise visual representations.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools relevant to jewelry or product design, and comfort working with 2D and 3D modeling environments.
- Experience creating construction drawings and detailed design documentation suitable for manufacturing and prototyping.
- Background in design engineering or a related field, with an understanding of materials, tolerances, and production processes.
- Relevant education in jewelry design, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in all design outputs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about design requirements and constraints.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in jewelry design or luxury goods design is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques and adapt to evolving design and manufacturing technologies.
