Role Description
The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role involves producing detailed technical and construction drawings for bespoke kitchen and bar installations, ensuring designs meet client specifications, building regulations, and industry standards. - Developing and refining CAD models
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
- Updating drawings throughout the project lifecycle
- Participating in design reviews
- Supporting cost and material estimates with accurate plans
- Assisting in resolving on-site design issues as projects are installed

Qualifications
- Strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Design Engineering skills
- Solid Technical Drawing and Drawing skills
- Experience creating precise Construction Drawings for fit-out or construction projects
- Relevant qualifications in design, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
- Experience in hospitality, interior design, or commercial kitchen/bar projects is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret and apply technical standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site
- Proficiency in relevant CAD software and readiness to learn new tools and workflows as needed
