Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated 2D & 3D CAD Designer to join our team, with experience producing detailed drawings for high-end brands, luxury retail displays and bespoke joinery.
You’ll be responsible for developing concepts into accurate, production-ready drawings, working closely with our design and workshop teams to create practical and high-quality solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of bespoke projects, from retail displays and shopfitting to luxury interiors and point-of-sale installations.
About The Role
- Produce detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D Visualisations for clients approval and production
- Interpret design briefs and develop practical, buildable solutions
- Liaise with clients, designers and internal workshop team
- Prepare production-ready drawings and specifications
- Oversee timelines, material requirements, procurement of projects
- Attend site surveys when required.

Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD Software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Solid Works or similar)
- Experience in Joinery, shopfitting and retail display manufacturing is a must.
- Strong understanding of materials such as wood, laminates, and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and a practical hands on mindset
Desirable
- Experience with CNC Production drawings
- Knowledge of spraying/finishing process
- Project management experience within a workshop
