Job Description
- Set and operate CNC Turning machines
- Use and control CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures
- Read and understand all manufacturing instructions before commencing an operation
- Understand all set-up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets
- Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to set and operate CNC turning machines (at least 2 Axis)
- Experience machining precision components, within a highly regulated industry
- Well-versed in machining with decent materials (ideally metals, as they primarily use aerospace exotic alloys).
