About The Role
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our graduate program as C++ Junior Developers. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum academic achievement of 2.2 or higher. We value potential and enthusiasm for learning over prestige, so a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software engineering principles, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. An awareness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development practices is also required. Additionally, applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are highly desirable traits.
Responsibilities
As a C++ Junior Developer at mThree, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to innovative solutions that address client needs
- Actively engaging in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to optimize application performance
- Learning to implement best practices in software development, including version control, documentation, and testing
- Continuous learning and professional development to stay current with technological advancements and industry trends
