Job Summary
We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. You'll help resolve technical issues, support equipment setup, and ensure employees have reliable access to the tools they need.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues
- Set up and configure new computer equipment
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance problems
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Support basic network troubleshooting
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff
- Provide basic user training on systems and software

Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience/certification
- 0-2 years of experience in computer or technical support
- Working knowledge of common operating systems and software
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+) a plus
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
