About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position is a technology-focused professional who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting users, and providing reliable technical support. This opportunity is suited for individuals who are comfortable working with computer systems, resolving technical issues, and helping users maintain productivity.
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware concerns, document support requests, and guide users through solutions. You will contribute to effective IT operations by delivering responsive support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring users receive professional assistance in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to users experiencing computer issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related problems.
- Assist users with account access, applications, and technical questions.
- Document support requests and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Provide guidance on basic technology usage.
- Monitor support tickets and follow up on open issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
- Support continuous improvement of user support processes.

Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Reliable internet connection.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree, certification, or training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or IT assistance is beneficial.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
