About Us

We launched Kita at the start of the new school year and had 100 schools sign up in our first three days. We’ve also completed two grant-funded projects working with the Department for Education, and we’re now expanding the content available on the platform.

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced current or former secondary Computing teacher to help us create engaging, classroom-ready KS3 Computing (programming) content.

Our immediate priority is to have the first KS3 lesson ready within the next two weeks. We’re happy for this to build on and adapt high-quality existing resources where licensing permits — for example Oak, NCCE or other established curriculum materials — rather than starting from scratch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

After KS3 Computing, we’ll be developing AI literacy content, particularly for teachers. If that isn’t your area of expertise, that’s absolutely fine — we’d also be interested in someone who can recommend or bring in the right person from their network.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Knows the KS3 Computing curriculum really well
  • Can create clear, engaging lessons, activities and assessments
  • Understands what works in a real classroom
  • Can work quickly and independently
  • Has good judgement about when to create something new and when to adapt what already works
