I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We’re looking for someone who can think beyond the obvious, someone who naturally visualises physical journeys, understands how people interact with environments and can turn a brief into an engaging, emotionally resonant experience.
You’ll be someone who:
- Is conceptually strong, curious and full of ideas
- Naturally thinks about how people move through, experience and interact with a space
- Understands the emotional side of events and what people should feel, remember and take away
- Can create strong visual stories and compelling presentations to bring ideas to life
- Enjoys collaborating with Creative Directors, strategists, designers and wider project teams
- Can confidently interpret a brief and push it somewhere more interesting
- Has an instinct for brand, culture, storytelling and experience
- Is comfortable presenting and articulating creative thinking to clients
What we need:
- You must have come from an experiential, events, brand activation, advertising or design background and you'll have a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn an idea into an engaging experience.
- A mid-level Creative with a brilliant imagination, a strong visual instinct and a real fascination with how people experience brands in the real world.
- You don't need a pure 2D or 3D designer. We’re much more interested in how you think than whether you can model a space. But you must be confident visualising your ideas.

The agency itself is small and entrepreneurial, with a mighty client base and ambitious work across international markets. It’s the kind of environment where your ideas will be seen, heard and valued — rather than disappearing into a large creative department.
They are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore you must have the right to work in the UK.
All successful candidates will be notified once the deadline has been reached.
