About KAYAK

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is the world’s leading travel search engine. With billions of queries across our platforms, we help people find their perfect flight, stay, rental car, and vacation package. We’re also transforming business travel with a new corporate travel solution, KAYAK for Business.

As an employee of KAYAK, you will be part of a travel company that operates a portfolio of global metasearch brands including momondo, Cheapflights, and HotelsCombined, among others. From start-up to industry leader, innovation is in our DNA and every employee has an opportunity to make their mark. Our focus is on building the best travel search engine to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Role: Conceptual Designer/Art Director

We’re looking for a Conceptual Designer/Art Director with strong advertising agency or brand-side creative experience to join KAYAK’s in-house creative team, based in London.

You might come from a brand design background, a traditional creative team, a social-first environment, or somewhere in between. What matters most is that you know how to develop strong ideas, craft visually compelling work, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

At KAYAK, creativity plays a central role in how we grow our brands. We’re looking for someone with strong visual instincts - someone who can turn product truths, cultural insight, and business challenges into work people actually notice. Work that entertains, builds the brand, and drives performance.

You should be ready to take ownership of projects, combining concept and design with a hands-on, collaborative attitude. As comfortable having and communicating your ideas as you are bringing them to life in a progressive studio setting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
