Who We Are

We’re Arddun, a fast-paced and growing wholesale fashion and brand agency founded in London in 2019 with an HQ in Islington and NYC, as well as showrooms in Paris and Milan.

We work with great brands to help them flourish in the worlds best retailers, and our excellent team do this through balancing insight and instinct, empathy and care to provide unmatched service to our partners.

We have expert teams across Wholesale, Retail, PR, Design and Merchandising, and Data as well as Operations and Finance enabling us to offer a true 360 approach and provide an environment where our ambitious team can thrive.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Concession Manager to lead the Rothy’s space at Liberty London, the brand’s only permanent retail space outside its home market in the US.

This is an important role for the brand, with responsibility for growing the Liberty business and ensuring Rothy’s is represented at its best. From driving sales and delivering a brilliant customer experience to leading the team and maintaining strong brand standards, this is a hands-on role with real ownership of the day-to-day business.

You’ll spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, leading by example and ensuring the team has the product knowledge, confidence and support needed to perform at their best. You’ll be curious about what’s selling and why, using sales performance, customer feedback and product insights to understand what is working and where action is needed.

Strong relationships are central to the role. You’ll work closely with your team, key contacts across Liberty, Rothy’s and the Retail Team at ARDDUN, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
