About The Role
You will support the team across concessions, retail data analysis and companywide system development, gathering information and running systems that generate key reports. You’ll be liaising between brands and retailers to resolve admin queries, and be integral in communications across the internal Arddun team. As you develop into this role, you'll build up the skills to take on more of the analysis yourself.

How You’ll Contribute
- Collate weekly retailer reports
- Maintain product data files
- Liaise with brands to ensure available stock files are updated
- Raise purchase orders for retailer re-orders and liaise with brands for shipment and tracking information
- Manage the concession stock return process, liaising between brand and retailer to ensure accuracy and speed
- Resolve stock queries between retailers and brands
- Liaise with our concession partners to ensure brand invoices are sent and paid on time
- Provide general administrative support to the team

What You'll Bring
- A genuine interest in data, retail and how numbers translate into action
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy, with the confidence to question a number that doesn't look right
- Strong Excel skills, confident with basic formulas and pivot tables with an ambition to learn and develop your skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in any of the following: Retail merchandising, data admin, another analytical role or relevant higher education
What We Offer
- Base Salary £29K per annum + Bonus
- Role based in our London Office
- 23 day’s holiday + 8 bank holidays
