Delaware North UK is hiring casual Food and Beverage opportunities for Concessions Kiosk Assistants to join our team at the Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a Concessions Kiosk Assistant, you will be delivering first-class guest experiences in a top-tier venue with dedication, precision, and passion. Responsibilities
- Provide positive, outstanding guest experience as the face of our concessions, highlighting special promotions and skilfully upselling our diverse range of food and beverage products, using strong verbal communication skills
- Keep the till area tidy, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
Qualifications
- No experience or degree required
- Relevant experience is beneficial
- Skills in communication, teamwork, and guest service
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
- Availability to attend shifts for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of roles
Hourly Minimum Rate
GBP £12.71/Hourly
