Are you a passionate fashion retail leader looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for an exciting Area Concessions Manager opportunity overseeing a portfolio of fashion concessions across London and M25 corridor. This is the perfect role for an ambitious supervisor or assistant manager ready to take ownership of their own area and make a real commercial impact.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, creating visually inspiring retail spaces, managing stock, and building strong relationships with host store teams.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving sales and commercial performance across multiple concession locations
- Creating exceptional visual merchandising displays that maximise sales
- Managing stock replenishment, deliveries, recalls, and product availability
- Implementing promotions, seasonal launches, and bestselling product initiatives
- Building strong partnerships with host store management teams
- Planning your own schedule and managing your area independently
- Monitoring performance against sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fashion retail management, ideally within womenswear
- A commercially minded individual who understands how to drive sales
- Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- A self-starter who thrives working independently
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Someone with presence, energy, and a hands-on approach to retail
