WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN US IN OUR MISSION TO MAKE THE WORLD LOVE LIQUORICE?

LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 by Johan Bülow on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. The ambition remains the same: To inspire people around the world and spread the love for this unique Nordic flavour.

With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

The UK is our fastest growing market. We have built a portfolio of London locations with more being opened this year, triple digit growth in our wholesale business and a thriving ecommerce channel. This role puts you at the centre of that growth.

Job Description:

We're looking for a Concession Manager to lead our store in Selfridges. This is a full-time role reporting into our UK Stores Manager, who oversees all three of our UK locations. You'll be the senior person on the ground, leading a team of up to five and taking full ownership of how the concession runs.

The iconic Selfridges attracts a genuinely premium customer - high gifting intent, international visitors, and real willingness to spend when the experience is right. Your job is to make sure it always is.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
