Job Description

Mode Search are proud to be partnering with an iconic French luxury brand renowned for its exceptional leather craftsmanship, timeless design and Parisian elegance. A globally recognised luxury brand, celebrated for its iconic handbags, leather goods and ready-to-wear collections. With a strong heritage and presence in over 80 countries, the brand continues to combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovation.

Role Overview

As a Concessions Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, driving commercial results, managing high performing teams, and delivering a refined and luxurious client experience in line with Longchamp’s heritage and values. You will lead and manage the concession to commercial success by inspiring and developing a high performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class customer experience aligned with Longchamp’s brand identity and luxury service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience

    • 5+ years' experience in luxury or premium retail
    • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Skills

    • Proven leadership skills
    • Ability to motivate teams and deliver strong sales and customer service results
    • Strong commercial and operational knowledge
    • Experience using CRM, POS, and retail management systems
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
    • Proactive and results-driven approach
