Delaware North UK is hiring casual Concessions Managers at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. As a Concession Manager, you will be managing team members from a range of kiosks, shaping dedication across dynamic and diverse teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead, and train dedicated and proud frontline teams, monitoring timeliness and quantities in food preparation, promoting quality goods and exceptional service excellence
  • Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area
  • Provide prompt and appropriate handling of guest feedback
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

Qualifications

  • No degree required
  • Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams within hospitality or events
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environment
  • Skills in guest service, communication, attention to detail, analysis, quick thinking, and leadership

Hourly Minimum Rate
