We strive for excellence in the workplace with a philosophy of high standards, professionalism, and a strong work ethic from our employees. We are constantly trying to grow, diversify and build with not only our team on the pitch, but also our team in the offices and on the ground.
About this role:
The position ensures all concourse kiosks, fan zones, and public catering units are prepared, clean, compliant, and ready for matchdays and events. The role focuses on operational readiness, compliance, porter coordination, Hub Leader support, and ensuring smooth matchday execution across the stadium.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, set up, and complete pre-match readiness checks for all kiosks, bars, and fan zone units, ensuring cleanliness, equipment functionality, signage, stock presentation, and operational readiness.
- Move between units during matchdays/events to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations, assisting with issue resolution and supporting end-of-day close-down to leave all areas secure, clean, and compliant.
- Ensure Hub Leaders receive all operational information, briefings, schedules, allocations, and updates required for each matchday, while reinforcing operational standards and key messages.
- Ensure Hub Leaders have the equipment, disposables, and operational support required to run their units effectively, resolving issues relating to staffing, equipment, customer flow, and compliance.
- Collect, log, and communicate feedback, operational issues, and risks raised by Hub Leaders before, during, and after events.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and housekeeping across all concessions, carrying out routine food safety, health & safety, and pest control checks, liaising with contractors where required, and ensuring all kiosks remain audit-ready for EHO, Fire Safety, and internal inspections.
- Document and maintain licensing records, including refusals and ID checks.
- Coordinate porter activities to ensure kiosks and work areas are cleaned to the required standard before, during, and after events, including waste removal, floor cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
- Provide clear communication between kiosks, Hub Leaders, and the management team, reporting maintenance issues, equipment faults, health & safety concerns, and recurring operational risks requiring management action.
- Complete and maintain operational checklists, compliance documentation, and post-event reports.
- Support equipment and stock organization by communicating operational requirements without undertaking stock control duties.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by the line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
