Role Overview

We’re looking for a Concierge to join our Patient Services team based at The Harley Street Clinic. The Concierge team plays a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for our patients and visitors, delivering a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure. As part of one of the UK’s leading private hospitals, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of service and care for which HCA Healthcare UK is known.

As a Concierge, you'll provide a professional, courteous and proactive service to patients, visitors and colleagues. From welcoming guests and assisting with wayfinding to supporting patients with luggage and mobility requirements, you'll help facilitate a safe, efficient and positive patient journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys building relationships while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life. It's this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Others may think this is just a Concierge role, but to us, you'll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, prompt and courteous concierge service to all patients, visitors and colleagues.
  • Deliver a five-star welcome experience, ensuring all visitors are greeted with warmth, courtesy and professionalism.
  • Support the safest and best possible patient journey throughout the hospital.
  • Escort and direct patients and visitors to their required destinations.
  • Assist patients with luggage and escort them to and from vehicles when required.
  • Support patients and visitors entering and leaving the hospital, including wheelchair users.
  • Provide cover across different concierge locations and reception areas when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
