Role: Concierge
Location: Essex
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a respected independent estate agency based in Essex who are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Concierge to join their growing team.
This is an entry-level, full-time office-based role with full training provided – no prior experience or driving licence needed. Just a positive attitude, great phone manner, and a hunger to succeed! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career within the property industry, with clear progression into a Sales Negotiator role.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact: answer incoming calls and handle viewing requests
- Ask the right questions to uncover wider client needs (e.g. selling, letting, mortgage advice)
- Manage the office diary and schedule appointments for viewings and valuations
- Update and maintain client records on the system
- Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams

Requirements:
- A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- A professional, approachable personality and a drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy office
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the company

Salary:
- ÂŁ23,500 Per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- ÂŁ26,000
