Concierge – Pre-Opening Team – Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Concierge to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel, set to open later this year.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants:
- Coreus by Chef Clare Smyth (Michelin-starred)
- Café Boulud by Chef Daniel Boulud (Michelin-starred)
- A world-class spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities
- A collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests

- Delivering timeless elegance and iconic hospitality, aligned with Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts’ standards.
- Supporting the pre-opening phase to ensure seamless operations when the hotel opens.
- Upholding five-star service standards, recognised by Forbes, to create once-in-a-lifetime guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury hotel concierge roles.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to consistently meet elevated service standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player with a commitment to excellence and hospitality.
