The Concierge will play a vital role in elevating the customer experience for our Flagship store by creating a luxury first & last impression in order for us to remain 'A Cut Above'. The Concierge will greet customers and clients, ensuring the safety and security of our store whilst always exuding warmth, energy, and enthusiasm.

Position
Your role:
- Greet customers and clients
- Provide a 5 star-level service to all guests in the store
- Represent the Chisholm Hunter brand
- Build an initial relationship with customers
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Liaise with police and other agencies
- Assist with VIP events
- Attend special promotional events to represent the brand, and to build relationships with existing customers and prospects

Requirements
In order to be successful, we are looking for someone with:
- SIA security certificate - highly desirable.
- Previous Concierge / Commissionaire experience in a luxury establishment
- Passion and ability to build relationships with high-end customers
- Well-presented, polite, friendly and self-assured
- Experience in Loss Prevention & retail security would be highly advantageous
