About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conceirge to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming and efficient service across the firm. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines reception duties, client service, administrative support and facilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors and suppliers.
- Managing reception areas and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing correspondence.
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries received through the firm's general enquiries inbox.
- Coordinating and responding to maintenance and facilities requests.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues across the firm.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in a customer service, reception, front-of-house or administrative role.
- Be professional, personable and confident when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Be proactive, reliable and keen to provide an exceptional service.
The successful candidate will be required to travel between our Rugby and Bicester office so reliable transport is essential.
