What you’ll be doing:
You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
What makes you a great fit?
- You communicate professionally and diplomatically, responding to inquiries with strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills
- You ensure issues are clearly documented and escalated appropriately when needed
- You consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members
- You create a welcoming first impression by greeting visitors, addressing their needs promptly, and guiding them confidently through mini-tours
- You maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation with attention to detail
- You provide dependable clerical and computer support to managers and adapt easily to administrative needs
- You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully
- You are detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in every interaction
