Role Description
The Concierge role at Amugarī is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Concierge will welcome and assist guests and visitors, manage front-of-house activities, and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations and bookings, coordinating services and amenities, and supporting reception functions such as visitor check-in, access management, and information provision. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of customer service, responding promptly to requests, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that the environment remains orderly, professional, and aligned with the client’s brand. The Concierge will be expected to anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations, and contribute to a seamless and memorable experience.

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse guests and stakeholders.
- Experience in concierge services and reservations, including coordinating bookings, local recommendations, and tailored guest support.
- Background in receptionist duties and front-of-house operations, such as visitor check-in, access control, and handling enquiries.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a high level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, residential or commercial real estate, or corporate front-of-house environments is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in London, with flexibility to cover a full-time schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client needs.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
