High:End Block Concierge Luxury Residential
Location: Near London Victoria / Buckingham Palace area
Salary: GBP29,000 + Overtime Opportunities and Benefits
Pattern: Permanent Set Rota (38 Hours: Mon Night, Wed PM, Sat Day, Sun PM)
Are you a customer service professional from a high:end concierge, luxury hospitality, or premium service background looking to build a long:term career in luxury property management?
We are recruiting a Residential Concierge to join a close:knit team of 8 at an exclusive, high:end residential development near Victoria Station. Working for an award:winning national property management company:consistently named a UK Top Employer:you will deliver 5:star front:of:house service to a friendly, welcoming resident community.
This role comes with comprehensive training, uniform provided, clear routes for internal progression, and a fixed weekly schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Managing parcel logging, key distribution, access control, and visitor screening.
- Conducting routine security patrols of communal areas, grounds, and parking facilities.
- Monitoring CCTV, fire alarm panels, and building safety systems.
- Managing day:to:day building logistics, including contractor supervision and waste management.
- Maintaining daily incident logs and delivering accurate shift handovers.
- Handling unexpected site emergencies (e.g., leaks, fire alarms) calmly and effectively.

Your Fixed Rota
- Monday: 22:00 - 06:00 (Night)
- Wednesday: 14:00 - 22:00 (Late)
- Saturday: 06:00 - 22:00 (Day shift with flexible start, e.g., 08:00-20:00 / 09:00-21:00)
- Sunday: 14:00 - 22:00 (Late) (Includes a 1:hour daily break with extra shifts/overtime available).
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Residential Concierge, Hotel Reception, Front of House, Luxury Retail, or Premium Customer Service.
- Outstanding communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
- Strong problem:solving skills and the confidence to manage site emergencies.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of team pride.
