About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Front of House Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a hotel in the Glasgow G1 area.
This position is working as a security officer within a hotel environment, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a professional, welcoming, and secure front-of-house service.
We're looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to become the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff while maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide a professional concierge-style front-of-house presence
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and event attendees in a courteous manner
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, maintaining a high standard of presentation and conduct
- Support the night shift team with operational and guest service requirements
- Assist guests with directions, queries, and general requests
- Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter anti-social behaviour
- Respond to and manage noise complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and respond to alarm activations in line with site procedures
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises as required
- Report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in a timely manner
- Liaise effectively with hotel staff and management
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures

What We're Looking For
- A valid SIA Licence or currently applied for
- Enhanced DBS with Child Check required
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to work as part of a team
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible approach
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Previous concierge, hotel, customer service, or security experience would be advantageous
