About the Role

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You’ll be a welcoming face for our guests, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive. From assisting with luggage and arranging transport to recommending local attractions, restaurants and activities, you’ll help every guest make the most of their stay. You’ll handle enquiries, support bookings and special requests, and work closely with the Front Office and wider hotel team to deliver a smooth, personalised experience. Keeping the lobby welcoming and anticipating guests’ needs will be at the heart of your day.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Concierge with a passion for exceptional guest service. You’ll bring excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach, and good knowledge of London’s attractions, restaurants and transport links. Previous experience in a concierge or guest-facing hospitality role is desirable. You’ll remain calm during busy periods, handle requests with care and discretion, and enjoy working as part of a team. Most importantly, you’ll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail and a commitment to making every guest’s stay memorable.
