With a portfolio of more than 500 beloved brands including, Gatorade, Lay’s and Quaker, our work touches millions of people every day. At the heart of the company is a team of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who collaborate to innovate and turn ideas into action. Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact, on your career and on the world around you.

In this role, you will be an effective member of the reliability team, responsible for delivering asset health reports on rotating equipment using a range of condition monitoring techniques. You will manage and continuously update the site lubrication program, ensuring best practice standards are maintained.

You will have the ability to lead and support team members by providing clear technical guidance, while also carrying out specific site management duties as defined by the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from condition monitoring (CM) tools and live monitoring systems, generating clear asset health reports and raising work orders via the CMMS (SAP). Follow up actions to support planned maintenance delivery. (Training provided.)
  • Lead elements of the site’s predictive maintenance and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) strategy using techniques such as oil analysis/tribology, vibration analysis (fixed, remote, and route-based), thermography, ultrasonic/acoustic monitoring, and motor circuit analysis. (Training provided.)
  • Carry out vibration data collection using Emerson CSI 2140 or equivalent analysers, including building and maintaining asset structures within AMS Machinery Manager. (Training provided.)
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly Asset Health Reports, identifying potential failure modes, assessing risk, and communicating impacts to the reliability team and wider business.
  • Troubleshoot emerging equipment threats, ensuring risks are escalated, converted into work orders, and planned into controlled shutdowns where required.
  • Work closely with Senior Engineers and maintenance personnel to build asset understanding and provide technical guidance based on condition monitoring data.
  • Define, develop, and continuously improve Asset Maintenance Plans, driving the CBM agenda and reducing unnecessary preventative maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, including reliability modelling, root cause failure analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies. (Training provided.)
  • Support engineering solutions to recurring issues affecting safety, quality, capacity, cost, and regulatory compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
