Conduct and Control Support

Salary – From £30,400 + annual bonus & benefits
Work Level - 1
Location – Newcastle (Hybrid)
Office Attendance – Our hybrid working model gives you the best of both worlds. You'll be expected to attend our Newcastle office as part of our blended working approach for a minimum of 2 Days Per Week Initially.

Why this role?

We're looking for a highly motivated Conduct and Control Support colleague to join our Customer Service team.

In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our Customer Service functions through reporting, analysis, insight, and administrative support. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to provide meaningful data, coordinate key activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both colleague and customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Producing, maintaining, and supporting a range of reports, documents, databases, and systems to provide insight and support business decision-making.
  • Collecting, collating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying trends, and producing recommendations to support operational performance.
  • Creating and preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and departmental systems.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating meetings, actions, communications, and other business activities.
  • Maintaining and using data management and communication systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

What we’re looking for: (minimum criteria)

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present information clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data management practices, policies, and procedures, with the ability to support business objectives through accurate and effective administration.

  • Experience working in a conduct, control, risk, governance, or operational support environment.
  • Experience producing management information, performance reporting, or business insight.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives or operational change activities.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations within a regulated environment.
