Confectionery Assistant - Night Shift
We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a Confectionery Assistant to join our Confectionery Night Shift Team at our Bettys Craft Bakery, where we handcraft a variety of our iconic and delicious products.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and decorating fresh cream items and beautifully delicate afternoon tea cakes with precision and care.
About the Role:
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Night shifts from 9pm to 5am, across 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)
Flexibility: We’re open to discussing alternative working patterns—please include any preferences in your application.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience working night shifts or in a high-speed production setting is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
