Key Responsibilities
- To always ensure professional Guest focus and to ensure all Guests are acknowledged warmly wherever you find them throughout the Hotel
- Be an ambassador for Ashdown Park Hotel and promote all services at the end of events, promotional offers and other relevant information
- To work in line with set standards by your department manager, with a positive can-do attitude
- In the absence of the department manager/assistant manager, to take control and run the shift, delegating relevant roles and responsibilities to the rest of the team
- Assist the department manager in ensuring standards are always met regarding setups and service styles.
