About Prime Events Group

Prime Events Group is an ambitious, growing trade show organiser. Our current portfolio includes UK Packaging Expo and Agentic Expo, with further event launches in development.

Our exhibitions and conferences bring together industry leaders, innovators, suppliers and decision-makers to share knowledge, discuss emerging trends and create new business opportunities.

We are looking for an intelligent, curious and confident Conference Content & Community Executive to help develop the conference programmes and professional communities surrounding our events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about learning, enjoys researching new subjects and wants to build a career in conference production, content and live events.

The role

The Conference Content & Community Executive will lead the day-to-day research, speaker outreach and content coordination for UK Packaging Expo, Agentic Expo and future Prime Events Group launches.

You will monitor developments across the packaging and agentic AI industries, identify the subjects that matter to our audiences and recruit credible speakers to participate in our conference programmes.

You will manage speaker relationships from the first invitation through to their appearance at the event. On site, you will welcome and brief speakers, manage the conference programme and host selected sessions. As our portfolio grows, you will also help Prime Events Group research new markets and establish relationships with the communities surrounding future trade show launches. Over time, you will become an important internal source of industry knowledge, helping the wider business understand the trends, people and organisations shaping each market.

Key responsibilities

Conference research and programme development

  • Monitor news, trends, innovations, regulations and emerging conversations across the packaging and agentic AI industries.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the audiences served by UK Packaging Expo and Agentic Expo.
  • Identify relevant conference themes, session topics, speakers and panel discussions.
  • Research companies, associations, policymakers, academics and industry professionals who could contribute to our events.
  • Help create informative, timely and commercially relevant conference programmes.
  • Ensure conference content reflects the priorities and challenges facing each industry.
  • Gather feedback from speakers, exhibitors, visitors and industry stakeholders to improve future programmes.
  • Conduct initial market and content research for new trade show launches.

Speaker outreach and management

  • Identify and approach prospective speakers, moderators and panellists.
  • Write personalised and compelling speaker invitations.
  • Clearly communicate the value of participating in Prime Events Group events.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior industry professionals and thought leaders.
  • Manage speakers from their initial invitation through to the live event.
  • Collect speaker biographies, photographs, session descriptions and presentation materials.
  • Arrange preparation calls and brief speakers ahead of their sessions.
  • Confirm session timings, formats, responsibilities and technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate speaker records and provide regular progress reports.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally to ensure deadlines are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you

You will be naturally curious and genuinely interested in learning about industries, businesses, technology and people.

You do not need to arrive as an expert in packaging or agentic AI. However, you must be motivated to become knowledgeable about both and capable of building credibility with the professionals working in these industries.
