Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A key part of the role will be the coordination of all speaker-related activity. You will manage communication with contributors, oversee briefing and onboarding, maintain meticulous records, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for every participant. You will also handle scheduling, session logistics, and the timely delivery of all required materials.

From early development through to final execution, you will maintain ownership of your conference’s content and associated processes, working closely with internal teams to keep workflows efficient and well organised.

The ideal candidate will be highly structured, detail-orientated, comfortable managing complex information, and confident in maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

You’ll bring experience in conference production and a history of helping to deliver well-organised, high-quality events. A good grasp of the technology landscape is essential, and any background in telecoms will give you a distinct edge.

Clear, confident communication is second nature to you! Whether you’re writing session briefs, reporting on progress, or speaking with senior contributors. You’re equally at ease presenting to executives and working closely with internal teams.

You’re highly organised, comfortable juggling several events at once, and adept at managing deadlines without losing sight of the detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must, along with the ability to pick up new tools quickly.

Collaboration comes naturally, and you enjoy building productive relationships with colleagues and speakers alike. You take a proactive, solutions-led approach, stay calm under pressure, and bring a positive outlook, ideally with a good sense of humour along the way!
