About the Company

A well-known Conference organiser based in London is looking for a skilled Conference Co-ordinator like you to work on their International Conferences across several different B2B sectors. This London based events business produce B2B Conferences in the UK and globally across several B2B sectors, so you will be joining a well-known brand with a strong foothold in the events market.

About the Role

Are you a Conference Co-ordinator with 1 to 18 months’ experience in B2B Conferences? Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?

Responsibilities

  • Working with Venues and sourcing them
  • Full Operations & Logistics
  • Travel & Accommodation
  • Dealing with contractors and suppliers
  • Build up, running the event and break down

Qualifications

1 to 18 months’ experience in B2B Conferences or relevant experience from an Association background.

Pay range and compensation package

You’ll be earning £30,000 (with a £3,000 bonus). This company also offers great career opportunity and growth going forward.
