Conference & Events Hospitality Assistant - Zero Hours - Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes | Full-Time / Permanent

The Conference & Events assistant role involves a range of duties, including:
- Ensuring conference and events rooms are set up to a high standard according to guest requirements before they arrive
- Servicing the rooms during their event and being ready to help to make sure the event runs smoothly on the day
- Serving food and drinks as and when required
- From syndicate rooms to conferences, exhibitions, private banqueting/dinners

Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours - The Role
- Assist with the preparation and set-up of meeting rooms, event spaces, and equipment in line with client requirements and function sheets
- Provide on-the-day support during conferences, meetings, banquets, and events to ensure smooth running
- Handle event equipment such as microphones, projectors, flipcharts, AV systems, and ensure any issues are reported or resolved promptly
- Welcome clients, delegates, and guests, offering assistance and information throughout their event
- Work closely with the Conference and Events Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of all event areas
- Support with post-event breakdown, resetting rooms, and preparing spaces for the next function
- Communicate effectively with other departments (kitchen, front office, housekeeping, AV) to ensure all aspects of events are delivered to standard
- Adhere to health & safety, fire safety, and company policies at all times
