Nestled in the heart of Ottershaw, Foxhills Collection is renowned for its exquisite accommodations, world-class amenities, and impeccable service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and servicing meeting and events rooms according to the function sheet
  • Meet and greet conference and event guests and be on hand to answer any queries or respond to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Preparing and delivering food and beverages, and break services accurately and in a timely manner
  • To be knowledgeable of all equipment within the department in order to utilise the equipment to its potential and provide a quick and efficient service to our guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the meeting rooms and spaces, and storage cupboards
  • Work with and support other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences including the wider Food & Beverage team and Sales team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last minute changes
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license preferred
