We are seeking a Conference & Events Supervisor to lead shifts and oversee the successful delivery of events within our modern and well-appointed meeting and event spaces. From conferences and charity balls to weddings and gala dinners, you will be responsible for ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage all conference and event operations during assigned shifts
- Deliver exceptional service by attending to guest needs with professionalism and care
- Lead, motivate and delegate effectively to the events team
- Oversee event set-up, food and beverage delivery, and breakdown of all event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all meeting and event areas
- Ensure rooms are set with exceptional attention to detail, in line with event orders
- Process all payment methods and complete accurate cashier reports

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25lbs. You will also be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
