The Collector’s Hall – Glasgow’s most exciting new event space – is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Conference and Events Team Members to join our team. Located in the beautifully restored Parish Halls and part of the iconic Love Loan development, The Collector’s Hall blends historic charm with sleek, modern design. Launched in Summer 2025, this stunning venue will be the backdrop for unforgettable weddings, inspiring meetings, and landmark private events – right in the heart of Glasgow.
Whether it’s a morning board meeting, an elegant cocktail reception, or a grand wedding celebration, our versatile space and welcoming team ensure that every event leaves a lasting impression.

A Day in the Life at The Collector’s Hall
As a Bartender at Collector's Hall, your duties will include:
- Serving a range of beverages including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism and care.
- Engaging warmly with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Assisting in the setup and close-down of the bar for each shift.
- Following health & safety and licensing requirements.
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Taking pride in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience.
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering great service and making guests feel at home.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player who’s reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
