Conference Producer - French Speaker

B2B conferences, exhibitions Trade Show experience and French speaker Mandatory

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially aware Conference Production to lead the development and delivery of high-quality conference programs within a fast-paced exhibitions environment. This role will be responsible for shaping compelling content strategies, managing end-to-end conference production, and ensuring seamless project execution aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conference Production & Content Strategy

  • Research, design, and develop engaging conference agendas aligned with market trends and industry needs
  • Identify and secure high-profile speakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and advisory boards to ensure content relevance and quality
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance content strategy to drive audience growth and engagement

Conference Project Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of conference production from concept to on-site delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners
  • Oversee speaker management, including briefing, onboarding, and on-site coordination

Product Delivery & Management

  • Ensure successful execution of conference programs within exhibitions, maintaining high production standards
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align content with sponsorship and revenue opportunities
  • Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize ROI for each event
  • Conduct post-event analysis to identify improvements and inform future strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in conference production, content development, or event management, ideally within exhibitions
  • Strong understanding of the B2B conferences and exhibitions landscape
  • Proven ability to create commercially viable and content-driven event programs
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with senior-level speakers and industry leaders
