About Us

IQPC Exchange delivers invitation-only conferences and networking events that bring together senior executives and industry leaders to share insights, build relationships, and explore the latest developments across key business functions and industries.

We are looking for a commercially minded and intellectually curious Conference Producer to join our growing team, specialising in Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Legal-focused events.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer who enjoys researching emerging trends, engaging with senior-level executives, and creating high-quality event content that delivers genuine value to our audiences.

The Role

As a Conference Producer, you will take ownership of 3–4 events per year, managing the process from initial research and concept development through to delivery.

You will be responsible for identifying the key issues, challenges, and opportunities affecting senior professionals across Data, Digital, AI, Technology, and Legal, using your research and industry insight to develop compelling conference agendas.

You will also build relationships with senior industry professionals, including C-level executives, Chief Data Officers, General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and other senior decision-makers, recruiting them as speakers and contributors to your events.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure each event is commercially successful and delivers an outstanding delegate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and deliver 3–4 commercially successful conferences per year
  • Conduct telephone and web-based market research with senior industry professionals to identify key trends, challenges, and topics
  • Research and develop compelling conference themes, agendas, sessions, and content
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and industry experts
  • Identify, approach, and recruit high-profile C-level speakers and industry leaders
  • Develop engaging content that addresses the priorities and challenges of the target audience
  • Project manage events from initial concept through to delivery, taking ownership of timelines, content, speakers, and objectives
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and deliver successful events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet both audience and commercial objectives
  • Monitor industry developments and continuously identify opportunities to innovate and improve event content
  • Attend and deliver conferences on-site, ensuring a high-quality experience for speakers, delegates, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Travel domestically and internationally to represent IQPC and support event delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
